What is the Westlab ‘Luxury Spa Break’ promotion?
It’s an on-pack promotion that gives you a chance to win a Luxury Spa Break at Champneys or a Westlab hamper when you purchase a participating Westlab Wellbeing pack, good luck!
How old do I have to be to enter?
You must be 18+ to enter this promotion.
How do I enter the promotion?
To enter the promotion, purchase a participating Westlab Wellbeing Bath Salts non-promotional or promotional pack, scan QR code on-pack, or in-store marketing or visit www.win-westlab-champneys.com and follow the on-screen instructions. Enter your full name and mobile number, and the last 4 digits of the barcode found on the back of your promotional pack. Remember to keep hold of your receipt and promotional pack for verification purposes.
Where can I purchase Westlab participating packs?
You can purchase a Westlab participating pack in-store at Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Boots. Or online at Ocado, Amazon or westlabsalts.co.uk.
Subject to availability, while stocks last. Stock may differ dependant on retailer.
Which Westlab products are included in the promotion?
Participating non-promotional and promotional packs include:
- Westlab Wellbeing Balance Bath Salt 1kg
- Westlab Wellbeing Sleep Bath Salt 1kg
- Westlab Wellbeing Relax Bath Salt 1kg
When can I enter?
The promotion is open from 00:00 on 7th October 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 29th December 2024.
Do I need to keep hold of my participating pack?
Yes, please keep hold of your Westlab participating non-promotional or promotional pack with the barcode and receipt to show proof of purchase as you will need this to verify a winning claim.
Do I need internet access?
Yes, an internet connection (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/5G) is required to enter on the promotional microsite.
How often can I enter and how many times could I win?
There is a maximum of three entries per person during the promotional period. Each barcode that is entered onto the promotional microsite must be a separate purchase with a corresponding itemised receipt in order for the entry to be valid.
Prizes are limited to one person / household. If you exceed this limit, we won’t be able to award your prize.

What is a Champneys ‘Luxury Spa Break’?
This prize is awarded in the form of a voucher which you can redeem against a Champneys Original Stay booking for you and a guest (both must be 18+). Each Champneys Original Stay includes overnight accommodation (1x night) for two plus, 1x Champneys treatment per person. You can book one of the six available Champneys Resort locations including:
- Tring, Hertfordshire
- Forest Mere, Hampshire
- Henlow Grange, Bedfordshire
- Springs, Leicestershire
- Mottram Hall, Cheshire
- Eastwell Manor, Kent

What is included in the Westlab hamper?
The hamper includes the Westlab Wellbeing range (Balance, Sleep and Relax products), 1 x 800ml glass storage jar, 1 x back scrubber, 1 x scented candle and 2 x exfoliating sponges.
How many prizes are available to be won?
- There are 12 x Champneys Original Stay vouchers to be won (1x winner per week throughout the promotional period)
- There are 100 x Westlab hampers to be won (9x winners per week for the first 10 weeks, 5x winners per week during the final 2 weeks)
CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE
How will I know if I have won?
Winners will be contacted via SMS message to the mobile number provided on entry within 7 days of the relevant draw taking place. The SMS message will contain a unique one-time link which will direct you to the prize claim form, you must follow the instructions on the form for verification to claim your prize.
Is there a deadline for me to claim my prize?
Yes, if a winner does not complete the prize claim form within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner.
If I’m unsuccessful, will my entry automatically roll over into the next day’s prize draw?
No, each weekly prize draw comprises of entries for that week only, therefore unsuccessful entries will not roll over.
How will I receive my prize?
If you’ve won a Champneys Original Stay voucher or Westlab hamper, following verification, your prize will be delivered to your home address within 14 days via next day courier.

How do I redeem my Champneys Original Stay voucher?
Winners must call Champneys on 0343 316 2222 and quote the number on the voucher to book their stay. Standard network charges apply when calling to book.

I’ve not received my prize, where is it?
Winners will receive their prize within 14 days of the valid prize claim and verification process being completed via next day courier.
If the timeframe above has passed and you have not received your prize, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@Westlabgroup.com and we will look into the query for you.
Can I swap or transfer my prize?
Unfortunately, you cannot swap your prize and Champneys vouchers must not be transferred or resold.
CHAMPNEYS DISCOUNT CODE
When will I receive my 25% Champneys discount code?
You will be asked to enter a valid email address on the ‘Thank you for entering’ page. Once submitted, you will receive your 25% Champneys discount code via email.
How do I redeem the discount?
Claimants must call Champneys on 0343 316 2222 and quote the discount code whilst booking to redeem and complete their booking. Standard network charges apply when calling to book.

What Champneys experiences can I redeem the 25% discount on?
The discount code can be redeemed against Champneys Original Stay overnight bookings only (1x night stay, no treatments included).

How many times can I use the discount code?
The discount code can only be used once.
How long do I have to use my discount code?
Discount code valid until 23:59 29th December 2024.
Arrivals up until 23rd March 2025.
I haven’t received my 25% Champneys discount code. What should I do?
Please ensure to check your inbox thoroughly, including junk and spam folders.

ENTRY MECHANIC
I entered the wrong mobile number. What do I do?
Unfortunately, this cannot be changed.
It’s the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they have entered their mobile number correctly. Any winner SMS messages sent to an incorrect number due to the details being entered incorrectly cannot be resent and will become invalid.
What codes do I need to enter?
You must enter the last 4 digits of the barcode to enter the promotion. This can be found on the back of your participating Westlab product. Click here to see an example.
I cannot read my barcode. What should I do?
If the barcode is illegible or difficult to read, please contact the Westlab Customer Care team at customercare@Westlabgroup.com and we will help.
My barcode isn’t working. What should I do?
Please check you are entering the correct code within the required field. The barcode number is the 13-digit code under the barcode which is scanned in store.
If you are receiving ‘invalid barcode’ as the error message, please check you’re entering the correct code. If the error message is ‘Entries exceeded’ remember, entrants are limited to three entries per person during the promotional period and each barcode that is entered onto the promotional microsite must be a separate purchase with a corresponding itemised receipt in order for the entry to be valid.

How do you use my data?
The Promoter will only use the personal data supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/ you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications.
The Promotor will only share participants’ data with their fulfilment partners and for the purposes of and in order to fulfil this Promotion.
